Our weight loss program is designed to help men and women lose weight, change behaviors and learn to keep the weight off. How do we do that? Our program is broken into three steps…weight loss, stabilization and maintenance.

  • Weight Loss

    About

    Our clients use normal foods you purchase from your local grocery store !!!. You do not purchase anything from me. I design a program using protein, fruits, vegetables, fats, starch and dairy. Each program is designed for the client based on your health history, allergies and preferences. Each client is different. Your program will be designed to tell you what time of day you are eating, what foods you will be eating, how much of that food and we will provide a list of foods to choose from. Your program is designed for you! You will be assigned a personal food coach! Your food coach will work with you daily! We work together with you to make sure you are a losing up to three pounds per week, each week! Your food coach will get your weight three times per week and your food journal daily!  We do all of this remotely and by phone. So it doesn’t matter where you live!! We can help you! This type of coaching enables us to help you work on behavior modifications, so this time you do learn to keep off your weight! Please check out our client gallery! Once you have reached a place where you are comfortable your coach will transition you to stabilization. You will now have a third team member working with you on stabilization…

    The Investment of The Program

    The investment is $335 for the first ten weeks. Each time you purchase a block of 10 weeks the investment is $230 until you reach maintenance which is free. We would love to help you lose your weight, change your behaviors, have control over food and learn to eat in moderation to keep the weight off.

  • Stabilization

    About

    Stabilization is the part of your program where we teach you how to moderately incorporate all foods into your everyday diet. This process is done slowly, so we can see how your body and your mind handle the specific foods being introduced into your diet. Stabilization is done slowly so we do not overwhelm you. By incorporating the food slowly it is less likely you will feel sick or have a big gain from foods/beverages not on your original plan. Your weight may fluctuate 1-3lb depending on what you ate, how much and how your body handles that specific food/beverage.

    The Investment of The Program

    The investment is $335 for the first ten weeks. Each time you purchase a block of 10 weeks the investment is $230 until you reach maintenance which is free.   • Maintenance

    About

    Maintenance is the final leg of your program and it is free! Congratulations you should be very proud of yourself!! Maintenance is a free accountability program. Our maintenance team will be working with you to ensure your long term success! When you complete your full 14 weeks of stabilization our maintenance coordinator will be in touch with you. She will ask you to weigh in weekly on Fridays for the next 6 months. After this, we will have you weigh every other Friday for another 6 months, and then once every three weeks for the next six months then once per month forever! You will be assigned your very own maintenance coach! Why do we do this? It has been our experience that consistent accountability for more than two years, will keep the weight off that you have worked so hard to lose! We understand that life happens; there will be vacations and holidays, where you may see a six-pound fluctuation.  Please do not let this upset you! We will be right there to guide you back down. Your continued success is very important to us! We will continue to service you for free as long as you are keeping up with your check ins and keeping your weight within six pounds of the weight you stabilized at.
